Villian is 72/21/2 over 39 hands, River is an obvious fold right even with odds? But another question i have is, is it better to bet turn to charge draws, and for value? or chk for pot control ?

UTG: $107.55
MP: $113.50
Hero (CO): $100.00
BTN: $100.00
SB: $100.00

Pre Flop: ($1.50) Hero is CO with Q Q
UTG calls $1, 1 fold, Hero raises to $5, 3 folds, UTG calls $4

Flop: ($11.50) J 9 6 (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $8, UTG calls $8

Turn: ($27.50) A (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $18, UTG calls $18

River: ($63.50) K (2 players)
UTG bets $30, Hero ????

 Definitely bet the turn vs this guy. And you definitely have to fold the river.
