I'd rather just bet semi large on the river. As played I think we are good as draws are probably raising the flop but not sure if you really get value from anything if we raise river so meh. I guess just call but could be wrong. But I think we get more money by b/f river

Shitty spot. But given his stats there's a definite possibility he's turning a weak made hand into a bluff here. I think your line and c/c river is best. Vs. a nittier player you have to make a big laydown here.
