meh. youre fairly deep.i dont think that guy is going to fold much of anything to you after bet/calling flop and betting turn. i would say a pair and open ender is probably at the bottom of his range, and hes a donkey so i doubt hes folding .

How about calling? I mean if we put him on a range of {TT-99, KQs, JTs, T9s, 87s, KQo, JTo, T9o, 87o } ie only made hands, we got about 30% on the turn. Since he called the raise and then bets out he probably (as mentioned, might be draw + pair) has a very strong hand, and won't ever fold to a raise and (especially not since he seems to be quite a donkey).
He'll probably bet out if a heart or a K comes and, a donkey as he is, will probably have a hard time folding his hand too. If we don't hit, we lose
55$...
Maybe I'm completely wrong, and it's very EV- but just a thought

what did you estimate your FE to be? Has to be higher than 15% doesn't it?
The older I get, the more I start wondering; Just what in the hell is going on here?

I don't really like raising the flop unless you have a read he leads weak. Turn I like calling better given action.

After the flop raise I just call the turn. He likes his hand and he is not folding his Top 2/set. You have many clean outs.
