PF is marginal but the limper was a huge fish and i wanted to play a pot wth him, The PFR is a aggro TAG. I was planning on b/3b the flop.
As played do u guys even bet the turn? Thoughts... c/f turn? c/c? b/f? b/c?

Fold pre.
If you have good reads on how he reacts to 3bets and how wide his iso range is here you could perhaps 3bet bluff preflop but it's pretty dependent on game flow etc/your image. This is the only way I'd play the hand besides fold...

out of position keep it abc123, 3bet sometimes 80% fold.
im not crazy about felting that flop either, with draws you win more when you get them to fold after a bet, not call you when you have 40% equity. if he raises ur flop lead he's not folding to a 3bet
it's marginal and very high variance, not needed here

your preflop call is fine, however, you need to have highly specific reads on the fish, not that hes just playing too many hands preflop and going a little too far with them. if all u have is that, then you are better off 3betting or folding. you need to know things like what he does with draws/made hands, how he plays TPWK on what boards, does he bluff when the flop goes chk/chk/chk and he picks up a turned gutter, etc
in the actual hand, definitely lead the flop. the turn is either always a bet/call or check/call, against this player you are almost certainly going to fair best by check/calling since he probably gives too many free cards against your hand with hands like JT. When you c/c, shove any K, 8, 7, or club. it is fine to check/fold to a potsized turn bet, but 70% pot and below you have to always call.
