This hand messed me up. I call behind the UTG raise because he's an aggro tard maniac, but then the whole friggen table tags along. Flop I dunno what to do. I've shown my actions, but I'm open to advice criticism on the whole hand:

Sammy is a 60/50 or something, gachisteach unknown, DontLeaveIraq thinks he's a TAG but he's really pretty bad.

$0.5/$1 No Limit Holdem
6 players
Converted at weaktight.com

Stacks:
UTG SAMMY1704 ($89.60)
UTG 1 Hero ($102.20)
CO gachisteach ($211.25)
BTN DontLeaveIraq ($92.60)
SB krassh ($45.80)
BB jeromell ($68.43)

Pre-flop: ($1.50, 6 players) Hero is UTG 1
SAMMY1704 raises to $4, Hero calls $4, gachisteach calls $4, DontLeaveIraq calls $4, krassh calls $3.50, jeromell calls $3

Flop: ($24, 6 players)
krassh checks, jeromell checks, SAMMY1704 checks, Hero bets $24, gachisteach calls $24, DontLeaveIraq raises to $88.60, krassh folds, jeromell folds, SAMMY1704 folds, Hero raises to $98.20 ...

I like to just check the flop here because I don't think you have very much fold equity.

Also, I'm sure you can get all the money in on 2 streets anyways because the pot is already bloated, so there's no need to try and build the pot on the flop.

Yeah I definitely check flop. If you are doing this for value (which I doubt you are solely) then we can get a lot of money from weaker flushes on later streets

Not for value, so a check would have been better. Its more bluff than value, and 6 way even a PSB is unlikely to fold anything better.

I can't imagine checking this really. I'd rather bet my draw than be passive and c/c or something.

Betting on this flop into so many players looks super strong and we could even take it down. We're ahead of all other draws that will call our bet and if we get jammed we aren't too unhappy getting it in here.

bet/call seems fine here. It's hard to really say for sure.. I'm not used to 5 people seeing flops!

6 people...

HU or even 3-way I probably bet, but the chances of everyone folding here is so small I think.

lol I was too distracted by villains screename. Though tbh I bet this flop everytime as I have plenty of outs if called plus fold equity. However if someone shoves on you then meh, it sucks as your a 60/40 dog alot but you call nonetheless.
"This sure beats Super Mario Bros.!" is my ejaculation catch phrase.

Because I want to know how people think best to play it?

I dont consider myself a god of poker, so even if I think something I dont assume I'm correct all the time. In retrospect if I'd had more time to think I probably would have checked flop and considered my odds if someone bet behind me, but perhaps in a pot this big b/c generally is the right play? Even now about half the thread thinks b/c and half check flop, so its obviously not that straightfoward.

I mean you disagreed with people after you asked for advice but you didn't give any real reasoning other than "I dont think everyone will fold"

I didnt disagree with people, I said I think the chance of everyone folding is fairly small. If anything I agreed with the people who posted just that. I didnt think it needed to be explicity stated, but with 5 other people seeing the flop, and a particularly wet board right around the T->Q range that people love calling with, I think theres a high chance the flop hit someone else, and in my experience most people dont like to fold in big pots if they can find a reason not to. If they have a draw I'm in great shape, if they have a pair or better I'm giving myself fair odds to stack off with somewhere between 25% and 46% equity.

On the other side, 3 out of the 5 of them have already checked, so hopefully that indicates weakness and I only have 2 more to go through. Maybe that weighs in the favor of betting?
