CO is 24/14 over 120
SB is 35/15 over 40
No other reads.
I was planning to bet/3bet to maximize FE against a top pair that wants to raise my donk. When SB calls the raise I'm not sure what to do but I think my FE is shot so I call?

this is a pretty tricky spot. the tragedy with calling is that on spade turns you are never going to be happy about playing for stacks in a 3way pot, and on non spade/non Jack turns you probably have to fold. besides the two jacks in the deck there aren't really any Gin turns in a 3way pot.
in the hand i would have 3bet the flop, planning to shove on a non Ace turn. as you can see it's going to be at worst neutral EV. not to mention you probably get a call flop/fold turn line or outright folds on the flop at least 10% of the time. 3betting the flop seems best.

Leading is really bad imo. You have relative position, CO only has 70BB (rarely folding TP) and you have showdown value. Just C/C.
