-Only ~100 hands on villain 19/16/3.5 he seems solid and loves to attack weakness when he thinks he smells a draw or a weak hand that cant stand pressure

theres no guarantee he continues a bluff on the river, and he will stack off with AJ/AQ and a he's committed with any draw he might have.
