Every option feels dirty.

Villain is reggish and playing pretty taggy (No HUD stats) but he's probably getting fed up with me because I'm 3betting a ton of his opens; mostly IP. (If I had to guess I'd say he folds to roughly 50% of them)

He's 4 bet twice with QQ and KK against me. He got his stack from winning 2 AIPF flips against me and hasn't really shown any postflop creativity.

He did C/R/F in a 3bet pot once against me fwiw.

Since we have 2 blockers to a lot of his semibluffs does that make it a clear b/f?

Pre-Flop: ($1.50, 6 players) Hero is BB

Flop: ($26.50, 2 players)
Hero bets $19, BTN raises to $60

I would basically always b/f because I expect the tons of combodraws to mostly call instead of raise.

But I'm interested what others have to say, because my assumption may be off and theoretically makes little sense.

Yaah this. And even if he does have AQ, our only real options here are to call or fold, so even AQ will have options to bluff us off our hand on later streets anyhow.

Good luck raising this flop as a bluff with little equity, I'm pretty sure its not going to show you a profit.
