This is seems totally fine, he can't have AK, some draws are in his range and we're getting 3:1. nh

Flop sizing is terrible and I'm not a big fan of preflop either.

If folding the flop is even a consideration then you need to seriously reevaluate why you are 3-betting pre.

He has to have a set or 2pr more than 75% of the time to fold here. And he doesn't.
