I had raised last two hands and taken them down pre-flop, no other reads. Super easy push or call and re-evaluate flop?

I'd probably just call and try to outplay my opponent post flop.

Stacks are too small compared to the size of the pot to "outplay" someone postflop.
Usually I stick it in here, but I'm capabable of folding here if I know opp is a tight raiser, even if he's a shortstack.

The key difference here is "is he a shortstacker like Eupho" or has he lost half his stack and sucks at poker?

If its A) you should probably fold, as at best youre 50/50 with me (actually, its like 45/55) If its B) shove shove shove.

I didn't know it at the time, but c) buys in for 1/2 stack because knowns villain isn't any good
