Villian is 18/18/2 but only 38 hands, decided to check flop to disguise my hand any problems with that ? I will often do that with top pair.
Preflop: Hero is BB with A , J
3 folds, SB raises to $3.50, Hero raises to $11, SB calls $7.50
Flop: ($22) A , Q , 9 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks
Turn: ($22) J (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $13, SB raises to $89.50 (All-In), Hero ????

I'd just call preflop for now. As played, I call as I don't think he ever has a straight and could definitely have combo draws/worse two pairs/weirdly played AK

It really seems to look like a draw to me, I would think he would bet most of his made hands to protect on the turn after you check behind the river.

Just call pre without a better read. Flop check is good with you med. kicker. Turn is a call, but it's close.

I call turn. After your flop check, your hand looks weak so he probably thinks he can bomb you off it.
Also, this board is so mega draw heavy I can't see why he'd check any strong hand (AQ,QQQ etc) again when its so likely you'll check through.
