Guy is 17/13/5.6 (3b) so he's a nit, but he does 3b as a bluff
given we're 140bb deep this should be a call pf, right

now what is our plan when checked to on this flop? this is a flop he might decide to give up because my calling range hits it pretty well, but then again I could always just check it back and fire turn if checked to

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (5 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

Button ($101.50)
SB ($121.90)
BB ($141.50)
UTG ($87.70)
Hero (MP) ($231.30)

Preflop: Hero is MP with 8, 7
1 fold, Hero bets $4, 2 folds, BB raises to $12, Hero calls $8

Flop: ($24.50) 10, 9, 2 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $12, BB raises to $36, Hero?

Just call or ship it in and hope for fold equity?

I'd prob fold pre pretty often, though I suppose he made it kinda cheap. His range is too strong to be hoping to flop a miracle with this hand though, and any pairs we hit prob won't be good too often.

As played, I'd never jam. Are you crazy, this is a nit! I'd call.
