Villain is running 24/18 over a 50 hand sample has 3bet once and has called a few preflop raises. He hasn't folded to a c-bet yet, but tiny sample and such. He doesn't seem to be a reg cuz I haven't seen him and he's not auto-reloading but he doesn't seem like a superdrooler either.

Not really sure what to make of his turn raise.

$0.50/$1 No Limit Holdem
4 Players
Hand Conversion Powered by weaktight.com

Stacks:
CO Crazylady007 ($111.15)
BTN HT-Roxxer ($100)
SB Hero ($100)
BB gurgp ($93)

Pre-Flop: ($1.50, 4 players) Hero is SB
2 folds, Hero raises to $3, gurgp calls $2

Flop: ($6, 2 players)
Hero bets $4, gurgp calls $4

Turn: ($14, 2 players)
Hero bets $9, gurgp raises to $22, $13 to Hero ($84)?

He is trying very hard to rep that jack. Having one makes makes me like my hand.

The amount of spew I've seen bvb at these stakes makes this a pretty trivial calldown, especially vs a non-reg. Against this opponent I think calling and donking small on the river is pretty cool.

Thoughts on making a smallish raise to try and either induce a shove from a draw that's decided to spazz the turn or get a draw to put more manies in?

I can't see him doing this with an ace, so he's either got trips, most of which beats me, a draw, or some random pair that's decided to spazz out (and not likely to put more money in regardless of whether I try to get value on the turn OR river).

I doubt he is going to spazz over a 3bet more than he is going to spazz over a river donk. On the river you can fool him into thinking that he can credibly rep a boat (because he actually can).

Yah I agree, he won't spazz over a 3bet. Though I think we're better off just c/c river than donk.. depends on villain though.
