I don't hate the check on the turn against some opponents - if you think he's more likely to float his air rather than raise of fold the flop, I think it's ok, but it's hard to extract value oop. if you c/c turn and bet river it looks really scary if he has a middle pair... and he'll be very tempted to check most of his middle pairs on the river.
Against most opponents your line only gets value from hands that you would have gotten all-in by the river anyway, and looses value against the rest.
Considering folding at any point is just retarded.

lol not betting that turn but checkshoving that river is the most incongruent line ive ever seen. I'd prob flat river but folding is pretty lol.

My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

Wow are people bad at poker.
River is a really easy flat after he pretty much types into the chat box "HEY I THINK I HAVE THE NUTS."
I really don't get what you're trying to do check/calling the turn then checking the river absent reads.

I bet the turn because unless I expect him to autofloat an ace here it's a good card for me to rep
so if he realizes that it's a card I'll barrel a lot, he should keep calling with a high pp

We're oop ... you guys wanna c/c the flop then lead on an A? .. A card villain is barreling w/ his entire bluff range? This doesn't seem right to me.
I think c/c the flop sucks in general, I would lead it most of the time, and c/r it occasionally.
Paired boards are the type that people like to pot control because they want to make sure they get max value from weak pairs in the hole and don't get slowplayed and lose a ton to flopped trips. So if I c/c the flop, I'm really expecting villain to c/b most turns.

Oh, my mistake, I see how I misread it, yeah, in that case, all the advice everybody else gave about betting the turn seems to be good.
