First hand is a spot that I have been having trouble with, especially on the flop and turn. Second one is a simple pot odds question I can't figure out

100NL I raise UTG to $4 with , CO calls and someone calls from the blinds. CO is a fishy type (unsure of stats, hand is from memory) and the BB is kind of taggy, but his stats haven't popped up yet.

Flop comes and the taggy BB leads $8 into $11. I call (decision 1) and CO folds.

Turn is the :Qh: and the BB checks. I check behind (decision 2)

River brings :Kd: and the BB leads $18 into $24. Hero??

Second hand UTG player (something like 18/12/2 somewhat fishy) raises to $3 preflop, the whole table calls and I call from the BB with .

Flop comes :Qd: . I lead $11 into $14, UTG calls and one of the tagg callers (20/16/3) overbets allin.

So its like $88 to call into $136??? I know easy math question but I can't figure it out....

So comments on all streets welcomed on hand 1, hand 2 i hope someone can give me a quick answer.

Hand 1: Bet the turn unless given a good reason not to.
Hand 2: I usually check this flop to see what's up and put myself in position to make critical bets.

Turning our hand into a bluff?

I think if villain was gonna bluff in this hand he would have used the Q scare card on turn to fire again? Bet/check/bet looks like a legitimate hand to me.
