Villain runs 34/17 over 50 odd hands FWIW
Empire poker, was playing 6 max until a few hands ago, table broke up very quickly, this is only the second hand heads up, villain unknown.
Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (2 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)
BB ($70.96)
Hero ($118.54)
Preflop: Hero is Button with K , A . Hero posts a blind of $0.50.
BB calls $0.25, Hero (poster) raises to $1.75, BB calls $1.50.
Flop: ($4) 3 , K , 3 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $3.5, BB raises to $10, Hero calls $6.50.
Turn: ($24) Q (2 players)
BB calls $58.96 (All-In) (hero covers)
Also, we're 140bb's deep, should I be raising a little more pre flop?

Why is villain playing a 3 like this?
I find it hard to think in (any) villains shoes (something that is going to block my progress for sure), so I my thinking is if villain has a 3 why is he shoving like this? I wouldn't anyway.
Its pretty unlikely he thinks he's gonna be out-kicked, so why not and try and extract (he shouldnt have any sort of read that I'm a station, although obv I am tempted by calling here)
I suppose pot odds etc he has to be doing this with a K (or bluffing) a lot more than not if a call is to be profitable.
