I have no reads on this villain as he has only been at the table for 1-2 orbits. However I have tangled with him once before where he pushed over my turn lead and I had to fold my AQ with 2nd Pair on a draw heavy board. See here for hand history

It does really look like a donk playing a flush draw. Min bet, call big raise, repeat on turn, shove when make and hope opp calls. I think i fold this.
