JL will become famous soon enough
I just sat down and have not done anything yet, so I didn't really want to "waste" KK by 3betting my second hand at the table.

Villain is unknown.

$0.50/$1 No Limit Holdem
5 Players
Hand Conversion Powered by weaktight.com

Stacks:
UTG ($81.90)
CO ($211.40)
BTN ($92.55)
Hero ($99)
BB ($120.70)

Pre-Flop: ($1.50, 5 players) Hero is SB
2 folds, BTN raises to $3, Hero calls $2.50, BB calls $2

Flop: ($9, 3 players)
Hero bets $7, BB folds, BTN raises to $17, Hero ?

What's my best line here?

what bode said, just build a pot or be happy with winning 4.5BB. as played id hate life because its so hard to get a grasp on what our perceived range is. Prob take the high variance road and b/3b flop right away, where calling oop creates really awkward stack sizes on turn.

"wasting KK" means you're finding reasons for FPS. Just 3bet really.

as played being OOP, raisy daisy

I went ahead and replaced 88-99 w/ 66 and 77 for obvious reasons. This also has no regard for his sizing which seems very strong. I'd probably just fold right away having got here this way.

oh, also why folding now is easily the best play:

2nd stove is pretty cool imo

We can also add 88-99, more AQ and AK combos, as well as lower FDs, all of these discounted somewhat.

Add to this that he's only 92bb deep and im not folding although I agree it's not the best spot. I'd certainly fold if it was like 120bb deep or more.

edit: his raise size sucks though, so nuts' range is prob more accurate given that. If he made it a little bigger I'd add the hands above.
