I would continue betting, you have many outs to improve, plus KK here is still worth some valuebet. If hand doesn't improve check the river.

Since you're read tells you that he would likely check his flushdraw I think this is a strong play, marginal plays like this will be the difference between a winning player and breakeven/losing...
