How do you know he folded for that reason? Isn't it very possible that he folded because Darden was on a huge rush at the time and Lederer took a big hit from him?
as far as I know the release date will be october 1st
i know what site that is, maddox.xmission.com
dr, i'm sure he means that's how he plays in a tournament, which isn't a bad strategy. It was in the tournament section wasn't it?
I think most poker books out there are for medium/high limit...
I know what you mean, I've lost a lot by trying to bluff them on the flop, the turn and the river only to be called by an underpair and it does want to make you scream.
you hate calling stations? Personally I think they're the easiest people to beat by far
well since most multi-table tournaments have over 100 entrants on the major sites generally they last about 4-6 hours, people get eliminated rather quickly.
a heads up tournament you mean? Xianti might have the option to do it
you should make that picture your avatar on Pokerstars Xianti
nice post rip
raising with garbage definitely works if you can let your hand go postflop, but I think the real interesting thing is he called with a 6-2?
Personally there is never a hand that I would absolutely never play
Pokerstars simulcast starts in 3 hours, pulling for Dan.
If you're not keeping up, Ferguson got a cripping blow to take him down to 10,000 chips (with the average stack being about 800,000), and is making an incredible comeback and up to 200,000.
geeze, the day I post it devlifish, giordano and brunson go down. Josh Arieh doing very well, I've watched him play at pokerstars. By this stage I thought there would be only online qualifiers, but...
Definitely. Harrington is very underrated, I supposed partly because he is so modest. He finished pretty deep in the money at this years wpt championship also. He should write a book :)
yeh, dewey tomko was one of those, I wasn't expecting him to be eliminated at that point.
Now im pulling for Dan Harrington to make 2 straight final tables at the wsop, with the 2 biggest fields...
i think he got eliminated the second day..and i thought the "godfather of poker" was the name given to doyle brunson not chan?
Brunson, Ferguson, Harrington and Ulliot still in and doing well.
i think the real news it that mr doyle brunson is doing very well, and so was bobby baldwin and tom mcevoy but sadly they have been eliminated.
unfortunately no, once in a while they might give out a deposit bonus for existing loyal players.
agreed, I might be one of the very few who think theres a lot of skill in heads-up play.
Xianti needs to make a sticky of all the crazyeddie quotes
philla, lot of good info on the tournaments section, but basically playing tight early is highly recommended
you son of a bitch, ban him Xianti.
that one pisses me off the most
