Ya Galapagos and nutsinho, when reviewing this hand I realized I was taking a good hand and turning it into a bluff.
So c/r flop the best line? Sounds like all the lines suggesting going all the...
Villain 17/12 and aggressive postflop.
I figure I should probably have 4 bet that since I'm oop and about 40% of the time I'm not going to like the flop. I check/called flop planning to do...
Warning: Long and math involved.
So I suffer from completed flush draw syndrome.
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (6 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format:...
UTG Villian is a donk-station who I've taken a couple buyins off of last weekend sitting to his left. He's 80/50/1.5 and will call down with TPbad kickers, draws, 2nd pairs, etc.
Button likely has...
Is there anyway to get $600 on one of those to take advantage of the full bonus? I've seen something around a $100 limit on those cards.
Wow. Winner for most aggressive player ever. This must include the times you stare into the button's eyes and call out a raise from the BB out of turn and get him to fold?
Math looks good to me.

We caught BB special 2pr/set/straight and want to make a heart pay?
Pretend your Ace is a spade and fold then.
I'm not sure if you're poking fun at my response or not. I just...

I can't imagine cold calling two raises and having 1/10th of your stack in preflop with sc is going to be good over time unless your picking some really good spots/opponents that you can bluff.
You bet throughout, so may not be putting you on the flush. If your outflushed, oh well. He could just have the ten and be repping the flush to scare you off.
Sorry, just recaping responses I thought I saw...missed a couple turn advice posts.
But yeah, that 4h doesn't change where we thought we were on the flop really, and since we called opponent...
Ok, guess I didn't include any Pair+draw combos into my pokerstove either. So do we err on the side of wider range when it's an unknown on the flop? Or does this board texture plus opponent bet lend...
I'm not good, so someone will have to explain it more to convince me a flop shove is good. I'll check raise a flop like this with a set sometimes and get overpairs to think I"m pushing them off with...
Made me laugh.
Yes, polarized = opposite ends of the spectrum (thus air and super good)
Range of better Queens, two pair, boats and bluffing mised KJ-J9 straight draws. His push could easily be a boat of some...
A $4 blocker bet into a $6 pot doesn't make any sense to me. If you check, he'd probably Cbet around that and you'd get the result you'd wanted to acheive when you hoped he'd just call your $4. ...
Always bet the flop, people are more likely to call on the flop. With four others in the hand someone most likely caught a piece. Draws will call. You want to bet 2pr hands. There are two straight...
You're getting about 6:1 on your call alone even if nobody else calls, plus whatever he might bet on the flop, so you can easily set hunt. I think a push is to risky with two other players and the...
Do we want to push the turn? Why not get some value out of flush draw for little less than pot size bet.
Or do we figure shorties so bad going to call any bet chasing?
Are we trying to make it...
There is a one line of text that needs to be edited in the HH for the converter to output it properly. If you pasted the beginning section of the HH it might jog my memory, but it's been awhile since...
That bet on the flop could either be blocker for some OESD or bet to throw you off with stronger hand like 2 pr or set. Can't call that river. Your hand isn't that strong.
He could easily be...
Well, his flop aggressions was low and the read was he's not betting flops he didn't hit. Given that, wouldn't betting the flop & turn strong be a better line? What would you do on the turn if he...
I want to see others responses to this. This is a crappy spot and I don't know what to do.
I don't know about 4betting preflop. If he's playing as many tables as you say he might not be paying...
I agree with Big. If you think he's doing that with a lot of crap like 10-J then you're better off just pushing over him preflop given his stack size. But I'd probably just fold it if the read isn't...
