Thread ratings

If I try to rate a thread that has already been rated I'm told I can't because I've already rated that thread when I haven't.

I can only rate threads that no one has ever rated before.

Yep, tried on this thread. Got the same.

Did you just notice this today? Or have you noticed it for awhile?

First noticed it the day of the op, I don't normally rate threads.

I reported the bug and it should be fixed soon.

Able to rate threads again, however there's a new bug - you can rate multiple times now.

I don't think it's a bug, isn't it simply allowing you to change your vote? I tried rating this one again and it still said the same number of votes had been cast as it did before I tried that.
