just wanted to add that i read your interview with mr rosenburg a while back, It was a really interesting, and it still astounds me that your brother could get the code done for a working poker room so quickly. I am a computer programmer and can't imagine doing that myself. He must be one damn good programmer

Didn't his brother compete in the WSOP as well?

Yeah, I registered and tried to post something in the Rakefree thread, but for some reason it hasn't shown up yet. I'm not exactly a computer whiz, so maybe I'm doing something wrong. Anyway, if it doesn't show up by tomorrow I'll repost.
My little brother did play this year in the event (and yeah, he's a computer marvel... I agree that it's crazy he finished the old Pokerspot software in nine months). It was his first major tournament (over $1000 buyin), although he plays a lot on Pokerstars under the name "TC_Clueless". He's taken his share of the money over there on stars.
He had a horrible beat with a pair of queens when there were about 600 players left. He had built up about an 80k stack. Flop comes Q98. and they get it all in there. Guy turns over pocket 88s and gets up to leave. Then catches the 8 on the turn. Brutal beat for a $140k pot.
He was down to under 10k, but built it back up and faded about 400 more players to finish off 110th.

Catch you later.

Hey Dutch, how's it going? We still need to talk about that poker chip idea. The updates on rakefree.com look good. I'm anxious to hear more about how everything is going over there.
I saw that your forum section is coming soon. Let me know if you want me to set it up. The phpBB2 solution is a solid choice and it is extremely easy to install(all you need is a host with php and MySql).
We're looking forward to reading more of your posts over here. --Eric

Until we realized he was just using us as an attempt to advertise his own washed-up idea.

lol.. If he weren't Dutch Boyd, I would've banned him for soliciting. Today, I removed the links to his (now obsolete) sites in his signature.
