Is there any easy way (i.e. without having a bank acct registered with either site) that I can get funds from my Neteller acct. into my paypal acct.?

Neteller doesn't accept Paypal. Paypal doesnt accept Neteller.

The way you mentioned (using a bank account) is the way I do it.

I would love to keep my online money (e-bay, poker sites, etc) all in 1 spot. But I haven't found any available spot.
I don't know what they have to say
It makes no difference anyway.
Whatever it is...
I'm against it.

Anyway to get money from Party/Empire somehow into Paypal without registering a bank account anywhere?

do not try that.
paypal will fine you if they find out you are using their services in any way gambling related.
I believe it was $250

i think i read it on www.paypalsucks.com
