raise for sure, he can easily be betting TPTK or a weak two pair/wrap that he might fold and you would like the guy behind you to fold a hand like a bad diamond draw + pair or a similar straight draw to yours.

i would raise max because maybe your opponent will fold and you have many outs also

this is coming from a holdem-oriented viewpoiint, but isnt it easier to smooth considering any hands he is going to fold to a raise on the turn cant stand a psb on the river. i just see him 3bet potting us back here a lot because he seems to have KKxx or JJxx alot.

two pair, both straight draws and the FD can all still make the nuts but he may fold all these, in addition I doubt he folds any FH on river or any diamond flush given the action. We are not a huge dog to a set so it's worth trying to make these hands fold or pay up before the river where they can often fold when we get there.

Just curious why limp/ call pre? Is this not a good enough hand to raise even UTG?

some ppl 100% limp in EP, I don't think it's an awful strat, but I'd certainly raise this hand up, typically minraising w/ this hand.
