PokerStars Weekly News Update 4/23/2012

1.) SCOOP Reload Bonus - Players can earn a 50% up to $250 reload bonus by using the code MAX250 when depositing. The code must be used before May 3rd. Players will receive $10 of the bonus for every 200 VIP Player Points they earn. The bonus will expire 30 days after you deposit.

2.) Speaking of SCOOP, players can now download the 2012 Spring Championship of Online Poker schedule. Players can place this file in their Google calender and set reminders on the events they'll want to play in.

3.) As was reported last week, PokerStars launched a cease and desist order to PokerTableRatings, informing them they need to stop supplying player information found via datamining. It seems PTR received the message, as they no longer have PokerStars player info on their site.

4.) It hasn't been mentioned much in the past, but PokerStars Mobile is really picking up steam. There is an app available for purchase that allows players to compete for real money from many different devices. There are also other apps that can help with home games and tournaments.
