1) A week after surrendering to authorities, Ray Bitar has been released on bail.
2) The information in Bitar's email to employees leads people to believe that the deal between the DOJ and PokerStars is close to being completed. However, that is just speculation at this point. There has been some other motions filed that seem to be clearing the way for a deal to go through, but no official word.
3) Howard Lederer filed a motion to dismiss the charges against him.
