I just looked at the site recently...it seems to be built around a similar idea to the rakefree.com thing. Pay a membership fee (vs. rakefree.com's idea of a "rake cap per month") and save money for any rake you would have payed in excess of that membership fee.

My concern (and Fnord voiced these on the rakefree.com idea):

Too many sharks, not enough fish. I'll accept a rake if it means I can play against lesser opponents, and I fear this site will appeal mostly to the hardcore player, not the casual gambler.

Maybe they can have a "Congratualtions" banner like Party that includes a footnote: "You just saved $xx in rake fees!"

I think Fnord is right on this one. When most of my friends go to the nearby casinos, they talk more about the bad beat jackpot than anything else. The rake seems way under the radar.
