Before I post my review I would like to know if any of you are having the same experience that I am as far as technical glitches.

After sitting out, when I click to rejoin the game as soon as the action gets to me my hand is folded. Fortunately I caught on to this pattern before being dealt a playable hand.

While playing 1 table, if I join a waiting list my "Fold" button becomes "Unjoin Waiting List"

When I contacted them they suggested reinstalling everything including my OS but that didn't do the trick. They also said I should upgrade from Windows ME to XP but they didn't volunteer to cover the costs involved. Does Bodog require a specific OS or is it just my PC?

Bodog frankly isn't really worth it anymore either.Looks like party and PokerStars trully are taking over.

I don't think party will take over. I'm predicting they are gonna lose a lot of customers over the next 6 months if they don't change the way they do business

I don't know about that. There are no (maybe poker stars) sites that can offer the percentage of fish as PP and they still have clearable reloads. Everybody just got spoiled getting rakeback and stacked bonuses and such. It's like the internet boom. I worked at a dot com and we were pampered like crazy. Two months later, we were told to wait until monday to cash our checks.

If they don't change, most of the break evens will go bye-bye and we'll be left with sharks and fish. I'm hoping to be more of a shark by then.

I just played Empire and realized that they are making relatively nothing off rake now because it's all rocks. Less than 1/3 hands get raked. Whereas PP, over 2/3 hands get raked. Anyone not affiliated with party or poker stars will either have to form a 3rd contender or join the other two eventually. They can hang around for a while, but they will realize it's not worth it.

don't underestimate the crazy mofos at bodog
They got a kickass bonus too

and yeah, software is buggy as hell
it's like impossible even with state-of-the-art hardware to run bodog concurrently with anything else

and they only do max 3 tables

i've experimented playing bodog on my laptop and something else on my desktop, but it's just too much

The players on BoDog are generally much worse than all the other major sites and they have huge overlays on their MTTs. The players on SportingBet are even worse and you can 5-table, but because of the software on either site I rarely play on them. You just have to decide if the benefits are worth putting up with it.

I had problems with Bodog dealing cards to me face down and taking blinds from me...I thought they were putting that money in the pot but they weren't. It's just a glitch that happens sometimes, and hasn't happened for a while.

No other problems other than that.

Am I the only one here that thinks Bodog is a-okay? I actually like it better than Party.

I haven't had any problems at Bodog. I like the site also. The bonus is now only 10% but its instant and bottomless. If you play there strictly for the bonus it may not be worth it but the ring games are also soft and its a good place to play.

They had a reload last month. I've got $$ in Neteller waiting for November reload. I cleared the $100 reload at Empire this weekend. I was contemplating limping QQ just to get enough people in the hand to generate a raked hand it was so bad. You don't think Party will have a reload this month? I expect one any day (hour??) now.
