Joni: Welcome to our live chat service. How may we help you?
Gus: is there any way u can close a netteller account
Joni: Yes I may do that.
Joni: May I have your 12-digit NETELLER Account ID please?
Gus: can i then open a new one again?
Joni: Why would you need to do that?
Gus: i ask for alot of pokerplayers: to get rake(money back given in commission)back at partypoker?
Joni: Sorry I do not understand.
Gus: just asking for a pokerforum(not me)
Joni: I do not understand the question.
Gus: when you play poker for a living, pokersites takes 10% of your winnings, which you can get 30% back=alot of money. back but not if you have used a current neeller account
Gus: therefore a new one
Joni: If you continuously open new NETELLER accounts we will not allow you to have an account.
Joni: You may do this once or twice.
Gus: once is all people need
Joni: You may do that.
Gus: so i can close one and reopen a new one later
Gus: ?
Joni: Yes if you would like.
Gus: ok thx bye

they probably misunderstood your rambling and just said yes to finish the convo. They definitely lock up both your accounts if you have more than one

I also talked to them, and they also made it seem to me as though you can make a new account, though they obviously do not like it at all.

I did not ask him procedure, however he indicated that you can make a new account and have your old information transferred to it or something like that. when i actually make my new party account, which will probably be in like a month, I plan to chat with them again and ask for a more specific procedure, or for his help in doing so properly.
i betcha that i got something you ain't got, that's called courage, it don't come from no liquor bottle, it ain't scotch

It's definately possible... When I had my neteller account converted from CAN to USD, I got a totally new account number. However, they may turn you away if you don't have a "valid" reason to close your current account.

I see no reason why one could not simply close the account and wait a few days to reopen it. Though going this route, they may simply reassign you your old number again.

it looked like u were talking to a 'bot according to the conversation. If it works DO tell, heh. I mean it has come up before, but as for a reasonable excuse anyone got a better one than an untrustworthy ex? Seems plausable at first blush.
Any success?
Of course I have bad days...
Sometimes I'll go a whole day without quads.
