Just got an email from Empire telling me about their 50% bonus for the first week of April. Up to a max of $100 if you deposit up to 200 you get 50%.
I know there is a certain # of raked hands you need to play, but what's stopping me from buying in $200, playing enough to get the extra $100 and then cashing out the first $200 and walking away with $100 profit - essentially playing with up to $100 of free money? Do they have safeguards against this or it okay?

Welcome to the wonderful world of bonus whoring.

When your wife says, "Now if I were as lesbian...", while looking at Jennifer Garner, wouldn't she be your favorite actress too?

That is what bonus whoring is all about. Perform the required task, get paid, go home. If you like it there (what's not to like?) maybe you stay. That $100 earns them rake from several non-bonus players, not just the rake they take from you, so they get it back soon enough.
