One of my four 25nl tables just shutdown in the middle of a hand where I had two pair against someones tptk. I assume I lost my bet in the hand, but now I can't find my table after restarting party, and my money on that table is still considered "in play". I am up half a buyin at that table so this is really pissing me off.

This ever happen to anyone.

Similar situation happened to me on the weekend in a tournament. Dealt AK, flop TPTK and connection drops, I lose the hand and scramble to get back in the game. I return and half my stack is gone and I am in push/fold mode. I get kicked out close to the bubble and immediately withdraw all of my money on party poker.

I've seen it happen to people when they view hand histories and play at the same time.

Because...party disconnected you...

You lose the hand because your hand was no good? I'm not clear on what your problem was here, and what it had to do with Party rather than "the internet" or your ISP.

I emailed support. The hand was considered a misdeal and I was refunded.

I lose the hand because the connection drops, I am 95% sure I had the best hand. As for the connection failing I have no idea why, the rest of my network was up and fine.

Play at a table with disconnect protection...if your hand was good you should have won that portion of the pot that was already there when you dropped.

Anyway, apparently the rest of their network was "up and fine" also, they had 60 or 80K users connected I'm sure. I'm personally going to fault the one user on his little home network rather than the mega-giant network with 80k connections. I don't think they went down.

It was party. They introduced a betaversion that they recently introduced to their regular version and there have been a couple problems with it. PartyPoker's software would shut it self down in the middle of hands, seemed to happen to me alot and everytime I was raising.

It's still no reason for disconnect protection. More fish take advantage of DP by shutting off their connection and letteing them show down their hand without paying anything extra than those who actually lose connection. the recent problems, as previously stated are from party's new software. The bugs will eventually be worked out.

This really has nothing to do with the thread, I just hate DP and wish it were banned.

you'd be a lot more sympathetic for advocates of DP if you lost a buyin at 2000nl because of a disconnect.

Email party about disconnection problems and you can get some type of refund most likely. I'm not saying I don't sympathize with people who lose money, I'm saying the current DP protection is a half ast way to solve a problem and has in effect caused more problems through its exploitation.

Almost everytime i get brought to a new table in MTT i just get off the table but not to the new table,so everytime i just have to search the new table myself.
Also i dont have player chat anymore,i just keeps scrolling down to "to player chat" whatever i do.
And when i multitable things are dissapearing on the table like player emblems,my cards, and sometimes chips wont show up on the table, only the number next to them.
Oh and i also have ur problem about just randomly getting kicked from a table when im in a hand.
Damn annoying!
