Post subject: WTF - $50k Overlay in $100k Tournament

OK, first of all, for those that don't know what "overlay" is... it's when a poker room guarentees the prize pool of a tournament and not enough players show up and play, causing the poker room to pay some of the prize pool out of their own pocket (aka the poker room loses money).
I've gone and registered at poker rooms before simply to play in a tournament they were hosting that had a tiny overlay (that last one I found was a 5k overlay on a $40k guarentee tournament, so thats 8%). Anyways, check out the mother of an overlay I found last night... it's almost too good to be true (but it's not... I played in the tournament last night and almost made the final table!).
Mansion is holding a $100k tourney every day for a month, and the overlay is currently hovering around $50k (it was 48% last night when I played).

This thead is copy & pasted from a major thread over at 2p2 - I figured people here might be interested in the overlay (my roomate has 100 posts here but I don't know password so I created a new account)... go to the site and check it out for yourself, this isn't a joke, the overlay I'm talking about is real!

fwiw, if i depsoit and pick up the sign up bonus, will i lose it if i withdraw before its cleared?

The bonus is pro-rated, I deposited $200 and got a $200 bonus... I'm not 100% sure but it appears to come into my account in $10 chunks, so you won't lose out much if you withdraw before it's cleared ($9 max).

Well whatever the case, he's right ... anyone rolled for these tourneys should ge their asses over there 'cause it's an amazing overlay.

from what ive heard mansion offer a 100% match upto 1k on first deposit, $500 100% matches on your next two deposits. Thats cosher (and mad)
Also, they are running a 100k mtt everyday, which has been reported to have huge overlay.
I however cant downlaod their software for some reason, it crashing my system to fuck, and im a tourney fish anyhow

I think i fixed it crashing but now neteller went and closed my damn account 8hours after reopening it after closing it for a week.
