Mansion Poker has a withdrawl policy whereby you can deposit easily through neteller, but you can't withdrawl without sending copies of your passport or driver's license. This is stated clearly in their terms, but I have been guilty more than once of overlooking these.
Their tables look fishy, but I am not anxious to have copies of my IDs floating around at an offshore company that is obviously more willing to take my money than return it.
Hopefully they'll change this policy for poker as Golden Palace did.

nothing shady about a room wanting you to send in ID. This is mostly done in online casinos, but I've never had problems with sending shit in

The shady part is that they'll take your money, but not return it without your ID. There would be nothing wrong with a policy like this, if the site required documentation before accepting a deposit.
I'm sure the site is 100% legit when it comes to fairness and other policies.

Ladbrokes does the same thing. They want to make sure people aren't making mulitple acccounts and it's just one more way they can minimize loses

I don't see what the bgi problem is. I scanned my drivers license, and emailed it to them and all systems go... it's not like they steal your money..
