sorry about the caps, but it's your money!

bet365 has changed it's bonus terms from 5x to 10x... but that's not all. THEY REFUSE TO PAY BONUS!

yes, that is correct. from going seamlessly, now this. They will say that you are not a 'genuine' player if you play normal TAGG (VPIP 15-20) and especially if you win money. but there's been cases of people losing and still not getting paid.

if you don't wanna just take my word for it, go to 2+2 or bonuswhores and see it for yourself

To summarise what is on the other forums...

Mr Tagg bonus whore completes the raked hands requirement and emails support asking for bonus to be credited.
Support replies, accusing you of not playing properly. They refer you to the following part of there T&Cs....

Quote:
C) The offer is available to genuine players only, genuine players being ones that are active /participating in games with the intention of winning pots. Any players who attempt to abuse the offer by contributing only the small/big blinds with no intention to actively participate in games will forfeit the right to claim the opening bonus.
As you would expect there has been much correspondence with bet365 support. Hopefully the will provide a better explanation for not paying.

My guess would be that this is more to do with the amount of rake you are contributing on a monthly basis.

Aaarrrgh. I was just getting ready to deposit there and play later today when I noticed that they'd changed the bonus to $50.

I'd probably do it anyways, since it clears pretty easily, but not if they're contesting payouts. Sh*t.

The 2+2 thread i saw has like 4-5 people saying they had trouble, and 1 saying that he had no trouble. Not a good ratio.

I would email them and ask what's up, see if I can get a written reassurance (I've had good exp w/ their support), but that's probably just asking for trouble.

Anyways, thanks Salsa.

and those foos took my whole 400 of my casino bonus + deposit - playing blackjack switch which has a house of edge of what like .002% I believe - I actually read with comp points you are supposed to make like a few cents for every thousand wagered or something. Well I wasn't even 75% done with 5 dollars a hand before I completely busted AHHHHHHHHHH

Out of the 3498593485934895842 hands of blackjack ive played for people that was my worst streak.

I read this on 2+2. This is just ridiculous. I started to clear the inital deposit bonus. Should I just stop and withdraw already?

Yeah, withdraw. There's other Prima 10x that will pay you.
I'm a know-it-all.

No, really.

It's strange Bet365 keeps on screwing their customers. I actually enjoyed playing at their site for quite a while. I played there for several months at NL100$ and 2-4$FL, and just playing my "normal" game all the time I figured I would have no problems clearing the bonuses, especially as I played there on a regulrar basis (not just for bonuses). However, while I was one time told I wasn't a "genuine" player (quite an accusation. What the fuck is not genuine with trying to play good poker, LOL!) there was another time when they simply refused giving me my bonus, without explanation.

Their support emailed me two times "reminding" me that the raked hands you in fact have played aren't showing in their system immedieately. Therefore, after I played the required ranked hands I waited a couple of days and e-mailed them. I recieved 30 bucks and was once again told that the raked hands don't show up in their system until later and blah blah blah... I emailed yet again some days later but they never answered and my remaining 70$ were never seen... Site seems to be quite a scam if you ask me. 2bad since I think its one of the better prima sites otherwise and adding the fact that Bet365 is a "respectable" bookmakers firm makes this even more strange.

nope... completely irrational

they've spent so much money in the last 3 months trying to build up a player base... i can fully understand them 'weaning' people from 5x to 10x... but to destroy the benefits of their huge investment is just strange

The best thing to do is play 50 raked hands and email support asking for your $5. At least if they refuse to pay you you have only wasted an hour.

Thanks for the tip salsa. I noticed the bonus change and was probably going to stop playing there anyway cause I don't especially like the interface and have also had problems with raked hands being reflected on a timely basis, but this seals the deal. That's total crap they can decide what constitutes "genuine players".

I'm wondering if their sports book should be considered iffy as well. I've made one bet and they paid it w/o incident.

wow this is scary
I started and have continued to play through Bet365 since i started playing poker (used the sportsbook extensively too!)
Only recently have i moved away and found more lucrative offers.
I havent tried the bonuses recently but this is a bad move by the site. As siad above they've have invested heavily yo get players in and prima has many good things to offer, bet365 in particular imo. This is a real shame.
