I've been preparing to take advantage of this bonus. Could I get some confirmation on some a couple questions?

Are they're any Party skins that this bonus does not apply to? I saw some discussion here:

but am still not clear. Do both the skins with sportsbooks not offer this bonus?
Is it 20% up 100 on all the skins?
Can IGMPay be used anywhere other than Party and skins?
How does it compare to Neteller in terms of account setup, service, processing time, etc.?

I'm thinking of just taking 500 out of neteller and putting it back into my checking account. I will then sign up with IGM and deposit to the skins using these funds and clear the bonuses. I was then going to move it all back into teller after clearing them all.

Would there be any reason to keep funds available for IGM deposits after the bonus if I already use neteller?
