So I just realized cake has a 500$ minimum for check cashouts. Oops. Now I may have that by the time I get done clearing the bonus, but if I don't, short of depositing extra money to reach the 500$ minimum, what is a good alternative?

I'm a US player so NetTeller is out. Has anyone used ewalletxpress? Is that reliable, safe, easy, and fast?

Personally, I find out a cash out policy that has a limit different than the deposit limit troubling. If not unethical? I guess checks and stamps cost that much or they get wagged by really small requests.
