They can keep them off forever; and stop calling me surely.

Seriously I reckon that the whole thing will blow over sooner rather than later.....

Miffed are you serious about the shares? Cuz i have this idle Etrade acct with some unmovable cash in there, thought it would be interesting to invest it on poker.

It's not like if Party again allows US players that the games will be suddenly full of fish again. If it happens they'll initially be swamped with regulars trying to re-live the glory days. It takes awhile to build up a pool of donators and, after being out of the market for awhile, Party is going to have the problem of rebuilding their player base. I think the average US player has lost a lot of faith in Party after what happened, and even if they re-enter the US market I don't think they'll ever re-claim the status they once had. After playing on sites such as Stars and FullTilt for several months people are going to realize just how bad Party was in terms of customer support and general treatment of their customers. People that are anticipating Party's re-entry into the US market need to re-evaluate the situation in light of what has happened in the past couple months.

I'm sure if Party do come back - and why would they before the law is repealed - they will blitz all their previous users with publicity, sweeteners etc, and lots of their punters will return - in particular the fish who think Stars/FT are rigged because thhey've lost money there omg.
