I went through the raketherake.com link and downloaded ultimatebet. I setup my account, validated my account and deposited into it. I'm sure at this point I was logged in, could see my balance etc. I logged off and turned off my computer for the evening.
I tried to log in the next day and the error message 'invalid player name, please try again' kept appearing. I cant understand why this was. My details were automatically in the login box so i assume it saved them from the previous day.I checked the diagnostic help in-game and my emails from UB both confirming my login name. I honestly can't see what is wrong. yesterday I emailed support and they sent an email back (after only an hour or so I believe) saying that my email was forwarded to the relevant department, but I haven't had any contact back yet from said department.
However, if I enter an incorrect password it says 'invalid password' and not 'invalid player name'. I don't know if this is helpful or related in any way but I thought I'd mention it.
Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hello, Im having the exact same problem! I made an account there through an affiliate site, and made a deposit. I played there for 2 days without any problems, and then suddenly I started to get this same error message "invalid player name" when trying to login. I have contacted the support with 3 e-mails, only reply I have got was:
"We have forwarded your query to the proper department so they can get back to you with the required assistance.
Someone will be contacting you as soon as possible."
Horrible customer service so far... I hate it when they dont even reply, just have to wait and wait.

A-ha! I got my account unlocked and even got a small bonus cause of all the waiting. I think it is cause of the messages on the forum of the affiliate... Anyway they called me from UB and told me there was some problem with the phonenumber I put on the registration forum and they couldnt reach me by phone earlier. I dont know how they got the right number after all then... I think the number was wrong cause I did put the international version of my cellphonenumber in it, and some forms dont save the "+" sign on the phonenumber textbox... Anyway Im now good and finally can continue playing there. If anyone else has problems with UB I suggest to contact the affiliate, they want you to get your account open for sure!

When I finally got a response from support it appears that I had to send documents such as drivers license and bank statement. Hopefully I can start playing as soon as they activate my account or whatever it is they're doing.

Ive been waiting for them to confirm a cashout for me for 9days. They sent a demand for i.d within 2 hours which i sent back in 5mins flat, and now im still waiting.
Also, whenever i ask questions, normally not straght-forward ones it takes a week to get an answer.
They make party support look pretty good, and everyone KNOWS party support is the most retarded on earth...
