After only using Party Poker and PokerStars, I feel like a newbie.
- Is there any way to make it so I have a textbox and I can see what I'm typing? I switch windows so much it gets confusing, plus I want to see what I'm typing...
- How do the Ultimate Points work? When I win say 10 UP's and it says I earned 10 cents, is that money automatically credited to my account? Or do I have to "redeem" it later? It says under my account I have 241.95 ultimate points, but only 478.27 in pending bonus dollars (I bought in $500). That doesn't add up to me- if 10UP=$1
also, I clicked on "Redeem Ultimate Points" and I just got a load of overpriced crap with phil hellmuth on it. How do I get cash out of this, or has it been added to my account without me realziing it? (I am up $125).

I'm no UB expert as I just started playing there myself in the US legislation aftermath. But this is what I have found:
When you leave a table you'll get however much bonus you've cleared; if you clear 9.25 points, you'll get $0.92 added to your account. You'll lose out on the half-cents since they don't round up. The discrepancy you see in your points total and bonus earned is probably due to that.
