UB blows. Their customer services is horrendous and they overlook instances of blatant cheating. I recently withdrew all my money from my UB account in protest.

People openly discussing their hands pre-flop when there is action behind them. I've reported it before and never received a response. Finally it happened in a hand where I really felt it cost me money. Once again, I received no response after repeated e-mails. Their customer service blows and if they don't care enough to respond to a simple e-mail, regardless if they do anything about the problem or not, then I don't care to give them my business.
