UB HH Problem

Anyone else have this problem? I play at Ultimate Bet and I keep losing hand histories. Unfortunately UB is annoying and doesn't save them on your computer like a normal site, you have to use PokerAce Hud or UltimateHistory to get them. However no matter what I do (I've even run them both at the same time) I tend to lose a number of hands and this causes my PT stats to be way off. The only other way I know of to get HHs from them is e-mail and is very time consuming.

Just wondering if anyone has had/fixed this problem.
