Does anyone know if there is a way, or if there are any plans at Ultimate Bet to store hand history locally automatically like they do at Party? It is a complete pain in the ass to get each hand individually.

As I mentioned in that thread, there's a free tool you can download from the pokertracker site that will automatically save every hand. All you have to do is run the tool and open the history window. It updates and saves everything automatically. If you need help finding it, I can get you a link, but it's in their section about UB.
