Ok, so in April I cash out. A few weeks later I am yet to receive my withdrawl. I email UB (they have no phones apparently ) and let them know I haven't received my money. They tell me to contact Citadel and give me an email address that doesn't exist. I find Citadel's website and contact them. I never get a reply. This cash out was only $25, no big deal so I forget about it. Well a few weeks ago I put money into UB and a week ago I cash out again. It's been a week and I am yet to receive my money. I email UB and they give me the same email address, so I use the one I had and email them myself. A few days pass with no reply so I call them (because they have phones). They setup my account and informed me that my April cash out was just sittin there because the account UB had was incorrect. They tell me the money should have been put back into my UB account, which it never was, and to contact them. Two days ago I email UB and they tell me their account department will get back to me. Have they? No. So I'm about to email them AGAIN and ask if there's any way I could speak to a representative to get this all straightened out. It's a head ache....

Interesting. I use Neteller with UB and have never (**knock on wood**) had any withdrawal issues with either of them.
