So UB f*d up on my first time sign up bonus. It was midly difficult to clear up. Do you think I should keep bit*hing and try to get some gravy?

I deposited $500 for the 40% bonus of $200. As you may know - for every 10 Ultimate Points earned, 1 Bonus Dollar is converted into 1 $ Cash in the player's account. But when I checked my account, I realized that I had not been credited with any Bonus Dollars.

I sent them a message to that effect and went on to play the ring games.
I was earning a ton of Ultimate Points, which should be converting Bonus Dollars into Real Cash. But, since they hand't credited me with Bonus Dollars, I wasn't being awarded the Cash that was rightfully coming to me.

Anyone who has ever reported an issue to any poker room/ casino customer support knows that the first response is generally a stupid one, reiterating the terms and conditions, etc. And that's exactly what I got.
I sent them 5-6 more messages over the next 3 days telling them I'd earned x # of Ultimate Points but still wasn't getting the cash coming to me. For 3 days - no response.

Finally someone responded claiming to have 'fixed' the problem. But he didn't. By that time, I had earned about 800 Ultimate Points and had $80 coming to me. He read the message when I was at 200 Points and claims to have awarded $20 based on that. But UB was still not automatically converting my Bonus $ into Cash and I still had $60 coming to me.

I sent more messages and 2 days later someone finally got off their a** and fixed it. I'm still not sure whether the original $20 was actually awarded and have demanded a full accounting (account statement onsite is very general).

I've told them that I don't think I'll ever make another deposit, etc.
I think that they should award extra Bonus Dollars or at least give me a tourney entry or something. Any ideas for getting them to throw a bone my way?
