Hi, guys.

Apologize in advance if these questions get asked a lot. I tried seaching and read a few irrelevant posts, so now it's time to crawl out of my shell.

I just opened an FTP account, and my roll is still on Stars. It's been a really long time since I've made a deposit, and I've never cashed out so it's going to take a little longer (due to security upgrades/changes) to move some money from Stars to FTP. Not that it matters, but I'm in the US.

1) Will FTP allow a user to receive a funds transfer from a friend if that user has never deposited?

2) If the answer to that is yes, will the fund transfer have a negative effect on my 100%-up-to-$600 first deposit bonus?

Thanks for your help!

More info? Where do you live? Why do you not have a payment processor and moving it yourself will net you the first deposit bonus yes. Did you get rakeback on FT before you deposit?

I live in the US. The payment processor that I made my deposit with is now out of commission. I don't know why. heavyfunds . com, it's gone.

Stars told me since it has been so long since my last deposit (about a year, and I haven't withdrawn since) that the only way for me to cash out is via paper check.

I want to have someone transfer me a little money on FTP so I can get familiar with the software and dabble around, but I don't want to do this if it voids the bonus I'll qualify for when I eventually move my roll. Know what I mean? And yes I signed up for rakeback, but have not deposited anything yet.

I have never deposited to FullTilt poker. I used a transfer from a friend to load my account and my cashier window still shows the $600 first deposit bonus as available to me. I believe this will not affect your eligibility for that bonus, but I can't verify as I have never actually deposited for that bonus.
Playing live . . . thanks alot Bin Laden.
