My brother just signed up for Neteller and I promised I would send him some money to start. He doesn't want to verify his account by setting up his bank account. So, I cannot do peer-to-peer via Neteller. Can I deposit into a site (say Poker Stars) using my neteller, then cash out into his neteller using my ID? Another option I thought of is peer-to-peer transfer via Poker Stars and then he can pull the money out by logging in himself. Is there a transfer fee for that - I've never tried it?

Any other methods to make this painless?

Thanks.

Why not just configure his bank account, or get a second "free" bank account to use for Neteller (that's what I do for Paypal.)

He doesn't want to link his bank account, so that's not an option.

OK then. That gets around most of their fraud protection though, so they might make it difficult.

Good luck.

stars wont let you cash out to a diff neteller. just do a p2p on stars, that should work. but if you just transfer and he immediately cashes out stars will prob stop the transfer and "investigate" or whatever so he should play a bit.

is it possible to cash money out of a site without depositting first?
the ones i've played on don't let you do that.

do you not want to take the money out yourself and write him a check, which he could turn into a money order to send to the site.

p2p is the only way to do this, but he might not be able to cash out.
it is worth a try.

The stars account transfer to a new Neteller works. They let it run for almost the full 72hrs almost every time if it's your first withdrawal without depositing though.
