Titan Poker is deceiving players for at least half a year.
-----------------------------
to support at titanpoker
Hi,

i'm waiting for half a year to cash out my Titan
points. It is stated in the VIP page that i have
D"More frequent Cash-outs of Points" . Is Titan Poker
trying to deceive the customers?

I expect Titan Poker to remove that statement in the
next days AND offer execuse to the players in the same
page

Doing this kind of things CAN be very bad to the business.

Regards,

PS: i dont want to play VIP tournaments.

Dear Valentin-Mihai,

Thank you for contacting Titan Poker.

This is Len from the Support Team.

Valentin-Mihai, first of all, we would like to thank you for bringing
this concern to our attention.

We regret to inform you that we do not offer the option to cash-out
your Titan Points, as of the moment. We are hoping that this option will
be available in the near future. Please note that we do not have any
intention to deceive our players, as we offer this option before.

Furthemore, we would like to inform you that we have forwarded your
concern to our relevant department. Rest assured that we will keep you
posted for future updates.

GUESS WHAT happened?
They removed that statement from the main VIP page

BUT they are still keeping that in VIP pages for Diammond,Titannium etc

I've asked them if the option to 'cashout points' was ever active this year(2007)....and they said NO.

Just keep lying...
