I used to play alot before Delay's bill went through congress. Full ring, 50-100NL mainly grinding it out with bonuses and rakeback.

Im thinking of teaching my little unemployed brother how to play with some left-over funds of mine. Any hints for this old-timer on how things have changed over the last 2 years?? I was thinking of getting him started on 10NL at FT with some rakeback.

Also, are pokeracehud and pokertracker the way to go these days?

I also noted the scandal at AP, has this been fixed, or should I continue to avoid the UB/AP sites?

Thanks!

daven will become famous soon enough
search out the free money on cd poker in exchange for sitting some little poker test
don't go to full tilt without the roll and skill to play enough to clear the $600 first deposit bonus.

PA HUD and PT2 are basically superceded by Holdem Manager (HEM) and PT3 (this integrated PA HUD into the PT software)

avoid cereus is the typical consensus. It's unlikely that you'll be super-used at micro stakes but you are supporting dodgy business practices etc
