While answering the litany of form questions spewed out of the AP dialogue database, I conducted my own survey of players. I discovered that the only respondents were running Vista and that nobody who was using XP was responding.

In the interim I respond to the standard questions from AP support and I must confess that this is maddening. Customer service and technical support need to be considered as part of the user experience. These features are more important to me than the television commercials that the site decides to advertise.

Yes it must be that I am out of ram although I am successfully playing on another site and all other programs that I am using work just fine.

Yes it must be the modem although internet explorer works just fine with out cache.

Yes it must be the router although I am playing just fine on another site without drop offs. Oh it must be interference with the router due to other electronics………damn did you consider the other response.

Excellent response the same strategy employed by the US automakers. There might be a spot open for you at Chrysler Canada.

Thanks
